Her parents had big dark circles under their eyes, apparently Thaleia gets more sleep than they do.

“Thaleia Lelehua Jenness, 7lbs 14oz born Sunday 22:00 via C-section, everybody doing great. –frossie”
I’ve stuck this under Evil Baby Names, though it isn’t particularly evil.
Apparently “Thaleia is one of the nine Greek Muses, the Muse of Comedy. Lelehua [Hawaiian] means skillful, good thinker”
UPDATE : Pictures
Looks very much like her Mum ( or Mom, if you would prefer, ) if you ask me
UPDATE : According to her father “she’s named after one of the three graces (like her mother) and not the muse of comedy” and her name is pronounced “THA-lee-a, so stress the first syllable”, so now you know.
Grrr… grumble
Brad maintains a list of bad baby names on his website, I myself have a list of evil baby names for my potential offspring, which I am always happy to talk about, it might be because of this that I don’t currently have any children, at least not that I know of ( ?! )
Malaysia in their collected wisdom have decided that evil, bad and downright silly baby names are to be banned.
“The list came as a response to the growing number of Malaysians who are applying to change their birth names.”
“Traditionally, some groups have given newborns inauspicious names to ward off demons and evil spirits.”
“Now names like the Hokkien Chinese Ah Chwar, meaning snake, and Khiow Khoo, meaning hunchback, are being ruled out.”
“So too are Cantonese monikers Chow Tow, meaning smelly head, and Sor Chai, meaning insane.”
